Partners

System Preservation views its customers as Partners. When a company is asking us to develop business critical enterprise applications, the process is not to hand-off and walk away, but rather complete the development of the application in a timely manner, document it, roll it out to necessary servers, integrate it with necessary existing systems, migrate data to it, train the users, and then observe and assist as users start using the new system. We have found that to do this well, the relationship becomes more of a partnership nature then customer. Problems and solutions are viewed from a longer term perspective and where collaboration is critical.

As the business changes, it's needs will change, so its very common that the business critical application will continue to add new features, tie into new systems that get adopted, and generally enhanced over time.

To make this happen we have architects to meet with customers to understand the requirements and design a solution. Once design is done, the specifications are provided to our offshore Sister Company Active Invite Software that will do much of the development. This works well since we get to design / review the application during US business hours and feed those requirements or feedback to developers in evening on US time and have another iteration built for demo the next day if necessary. This makes our development rate very rapid.
